AROGYA SREE A BIG SCAM BY DR.REDDY

might be his doctor brain working even after he became "chief minister"
or his co-doctor friends have better explained him how to make out a big scam..
"master brain back of it must be appreciated"

for the following reasons:

• though its a big scam they are able to show the people "as if they made out a big beneficial thing,
• they will have money in many ways with this scam,
• there is none other way of making this huge money than this scam
• this scam benefits every every person, as if providing a provision of "free cash for them from govt".

details of scam:{in brief}

1. the first thing is every seven people of 12 are given "white ration cards" [generally white cards are given for people under poverty]
2. they established a insurance company,
3. budget to be spent for equipments in govt.,hospitals were with held in past three years..
   
4. now , each white card holder is issued a "AROGYA SREE" card. conforming that he is insured by the government
   
5. they made out cash by giving up money to the insurance company
6. here is the point to be remarked :} under this insurance coverage every disease is not treated, only those diseases which are seen "seven among thousand" comes under cover.. i.e., if government spends 10.00,000/- rs on insuring claims made will be only 30,00,000/- rs
   
7. 90% hospitals affiliated are corporate hospitals,they will charge huge and pay back at least 30% to those who referred patients to them. so, here mr.reddy will be paid back
   
8. some of the hospitals were new established, and are just to make out money from scam.
9. medical coverage dont include post operative care and medicines, this will create a great burden on poor people, so in this way they are discouraged to under go treatment under arogya sree
   
10. coming to ration cards, they are issued more hence,allotment of ration is increased but all those people don't take ration, here the products to be bought on ration will be given high subsides and souled out in black market. and its actual praise in market will be in a great hike {as in case of rise 2/kg in ration shop and near to 30rs in market}

long term disaster:

1. government health system is seriously effected
   
2. corporatization of health
3. there may be un-necessary operations conducted to make out money
4. quality in treatment decreases
5. no scheme should be in the way of individual benifesary "this will be as if provoking disability"

these corrections must me made:

• government hospitals must be improved
  

• insurance must be made to govt., only as if to lic..

• if these are done the result's will be fare..
